i have lips with really dark outline. i look like a chain-smoker but i'm not. and i'm gonna try a lip liner. i want to test a cream/beige/natural color one. what would be the best brand? i hope it's cheap, long-lasting, won't irritate my skin,won't smudge and glides smoothly for easy application. and if possible, tell me ways on how i can reduce the dark outline of my lips.Where can i find the best lip liner in cream color?
