I loved my HIP it worked so well, but unfortunately it has dried out and gets a bit clumpy and crusty when i try to use it...is there anything i can put in there to make it like new?How do i revive my HIP cream liner?

do you know scalene solution for eye contacts? a lot of professionals use that to revive. they also add it to eyeshadow to make it into eyeliner.

i've used Visine [eye drops] for eyeshadow before, i'm sure it could work for eyeliner.
