Should i get the loreal hip cream liner if i want something that will stay on my waterline all day?

i personally wouldn't use that on the waterline. use a soft kohl eyeliner on the waterline. rimmel london and almay make good ones. :)Should i get the loreal hip cream liner if i want something that will stay on my waterline all day?
Sure, but over time it will tend to dry up. But don't throw it away it can make a really good eyeshadow base.
cream liner is great.. itll def stay on all day i love it, i use smashbox's cream eyeliner and an angled eyeliner brush it stays alll day and doesnt fall which has always been my biggest problem
