you could probably wear an assortment of colors like blue, purple, browns, coral, and some smokey colors to bring out the color of your eyes.
regarding the lip gloss , i prefer the natural color works fantastic for you , regarding the eyes believe me the smokey black eye look really shine your eyes
Natural colors would look best during the day, like toupe and light browns, for night try shimmery golds and bronze colors

I would say do green eye shadow, it will really compliment you eyes and it will look beyond great on you skin. as for lip color, try something neutral,because you already have green eyeshadow going, red or hot pink lips might be overkill. Try a LIGHT pink, or some thing close to the color of you lips, with some clear gloss.
Eyeshadow: I wouldn't use any shadows, but maybe you should try to put some glitters on your eyelids.





Lipgloss: Somewhere between pink and orange.





For the rest... Just keep it natural!

I would try really deep shimmery colors like gold, or even like a burgundy, the more shimmer the better!


Lipgloss you can stay in the same family. I would suggest getting a great black liner (I prefer MAC Fluidline) and line those eyes to make them pop!
when looking for an eyeshadow, unless you wnat to flamboyant, dont believe into the stupid myth that your clothes have to be the exact same color as your eye shadow. get a color that almost matches you skin to give you that sexy, natural look.
I have heard that brown eyeshadow's bring out green eyes. And pale pink lip glosses are good for your skin complexion. Hope this helps
