According to makeup artists ... no, it makes your eyes appear smaller ... unless, of course ... that's the look you're going for?Should I use a liner under lower lashes?

Depends on the shape of your eyes. Some shapes, it will help the eye look bigger. I suggest, practice on yourself and get opinions of family members or friends, BEFORE going out in public. Most importantly, do what you feel and think looks good. Have fun with it=)
i think if u use a brown lightly the smude it in with a foam applcator..it should look nice..but definately not black..that makes you look hard

U can but u need to apply it close to the roots of your lashes otherwise u will look like a panda. use a pencil liner as its easier to handle and blend. apply with a steady hand and use waterproof liner just in case. '' HAVE A GREAT YEAR AHEAD''.
i used to be afraid of using eyeliner under my lower lashes for fear of making my eyes look smaller and looking like it was just too much makeup.....but then a makeup artist showed me how to use an eyeliner brush in the same shade as the shadow you are wearing to create a soft line under the lower lashes and it looked great! i always use this method now when i go out and get tons of compliments.....try it!

By using a line under the lower lashes gives the illusion of making the eyes appear larger. Instead of using a pencil, try using a small makeup brush with a dark eyeshadow. Apply into the lashes to make the lashes appear darker. Below this line apply a highlighter eyeshadow (in white, beige or yellow) in a fine line with a cleansed small brush. This will brighten the eye area.
no. use it on the part that is right next to your eyes. it stays on better and it looks more natural like you have dark eyelashes. i have blonde eye lashes so they never show up and thats what i do and it looks like im not even wearing any

see,you better first give yourself a make-up rehearsal,by just trying on the liner...if it suits you then use it or else don't.

1.Be careful and check that the eye liner does not rub out.


2.Use a sharpened pencil eye-liner.


3.You can use a liquid eye-liner too if you aren't comfortable with the pencil.


4.ENJOY your make-up...
