A shimmering white or off white eyeshadow would be a great addition on your eyes. The sparkle is nice for the holidays
and the white matches part of the outfit. As for the lips I would

I think with a dress like that, a light lavender eyeshadow with some shimmer in it would be perfect. That would look gorgueous. With the lipgloss I would stick either with a clear shade, or a suble pink shade. That would be my best advice for you.
Smokey black cat eye on top and bottom lashes and add fake lashes for pizzazz effect (go to smashbox.com to see the model on the homepage to get the idea I'm going for). Since you're eyes are already dramatic, you can't go wrong with a glossy nude shade or if you want to be extremely dramatic then go for a luscious glossy red!

Try lip gloss that will stay with you and not fade as fast and shimmer eye shadow i would go for whatever color your eyes are and play it up from lites to dark!! Have a Blast!! good luck!!
