Is duck strong enough and waterproof enough to fix a tare in my pond liner?

Duck? Do you mean duct tape? If you clean your liner first, it will work, but the liner has to be VERY clean. And it's 'tear' not 'tare'. A tare is a tax and I don't think you are trying to fix a tax in your pond liner. Is duck strong enough and waterproof enough to fix a tare in my pond liner?
It is if it's Duck Dogers. Is duck strong enough and waterproof enough to fix a tare in my pond liner?
if it was a super strong duck, maybe. he may not like being held underwater for so long though...
Not sure but shurtape has come out with a duct tape that is more waterproof and it is stronger than the old stuff, (300 mile-an-hour tape)
