What eye shadow goes well with black mascara, black eyeliner and natural lip gloss that looks subtle punk?

I wear this look quite a lot and I would suggest that if you want to wear black liner and nude lips, try the followowing eyeshadows:


Grey (light or dark)


Silver shimmer


Apricot


Cream and warm brown combination..

Go for a light colour, like green or pink. BUT dont use pink or purple if you have brown eyes, it'll look ridiculous. If you have blue eyes go for a shade of bright blue but not electric.

I wear black eyeliner...clear lipgloss, clear mascara and go for the silvers/greys on a night out and if i want the natural look i go for the beiges and browns to complement my pale skin when not on a night out
Some smoky black/dark grey eye shadow (not too much, just some smudged on the bottom half of your eye lid) would look punky and would make the colour of you eyes stand out - kind of Avril Lavigne-ish
stter clear of blues and pinks, they look bad on everyone!





oh and Bright colours = small eyes





go for earthy tones like browns and deep greens which will make blue eyes bigger.





try going without eye shadow and just putting a dab of foundation on. it will last longer and be creaseproof

For when I'm punking on down, I have this fantastic cerise pink cream kind of eye shadow from Shu Uemera. It's great and you can put a small amount on for a lighter look or a real heavy amount depending on what you want to achieve. I've had a look on their website but it isn't great and I can't seem to find the exact one. I bought mine from Liberty, where they have loads of different colours, but you can probabaly get the same kind of thing from Nars or Mac. Even Number 17 (Boots) do some great colours and they're reasonable pricewise if you want to experiment. I have blue eyes and have worn this with black eyeliner (kohl, smudged).
