What is a good waterproof liquid liner?

i'm going to mexico. i don't want to spend tons of money. about $10What is a good waterproof liquid liner?
MAC's Liquidlast Liner! It stayed put from morning til night when I was in Mexico. It stays on so well that it's a pain to take off if you don't have the right eye make up remover (it's gotta be oil-based). But it's a little bit more than $10, I think $16. Hi, Urban Decay is wonderful eyeliner but thats a little expensive, so i would try Maybelline. they have a pretty light brown. :]

works alot better, and if your going to mexcico


a liquid liner will melt and smudge.
For me, I think the Maybelline Ultra Waterproof liquid liner is good and is inexpensive. MAC's penultimate is a good liquid liner as well.
I use MAC its the best
mac....u can swim under water or go to the beach...anything it will hang in there
