Best smudgeproof / waterproof eye liner?

I have tried MANY waterproof and long lasting eyeliners and i noticed that they are great for being waterproof but they tend to smudge and wear off easily.


So far i have tried, MAC powerpoint pencil, MAC mechanical pencil, Maybelline unstoppable, Urban Decay, Avon glimmersticks, Makeup forever Aqua eyes . . all in smudge and waterproof and they still dont last long

I so know what you mean. I was in the same boat as you until I tried Revlon Colorstay!!





The liquid liner lasts longer than the crayon one (crayons melt in warm weather) - however, both will last 8-10 hrs. The liquid 12... for sure!





Powder your lids BEFORE you apply it and after it dries completely, powder lightly again.





It works for me and I've not been disappointed... or smudgy!

Revlon colorstay! It stays on for a while! and it's waterproof! It's also easy to put on! AND it comes with it's own sharpener
If you have sensitive skin I advise you to stay away from Revlon Colorstay liner. I've used it in the past and while it does last quite long, it's definitely not for people with sensitive skin around their eyes or contact wearers. I used it for a while until it dried a good deal of the skin on my eyelids (top and bottom). It also irritated my eyes directly when I wore contacts (made them red). When I figured out the problem was the Revlon eyeliner I switched brands and within a matter of days noticed my skin was starting to get back to normal.


As for long lasting eyeliner, you might want to try Tarte Indelible Wink liquid eyeliner. It usually lasts the whole day for me especially when I use the shadow end over my liquid line.

try l'oreal eyeliners..real good..or liquid eyeliners like i use the cheap 1 ($3) from jordana ..i put it on my top lids n it never fades..never i say!!lol really!!:)
